As a Customer Success Officer, you will be a key member of our team to build a strong relationship through onboarding and follow-up with customers, tackling their issues and gathering their feedback. You’re not completely familiar with the job? Don’t worry, you will be quickly brought up to speed.
Your mission
Willing to improve our customer experience? Willing to truly help our customers and reduce their water footprint? We need a person that can listen to our customers, evaluate their satisfaction, and summarize it to help Shayp become better and more efficient.
To stay alongside the client during his whole journey within Shayp. From the first pilot to the full roll-out of a complete portfolio of building, you're a key contact person for the customer to support their successful journey.
What you’ll be getting up to:
Be the first point of contact for our customers requiring support using Shayp to provide services to their audit and accounting clients
Support customer training in the use of Shayp to provide effective and efficient audit and accounting services
Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record new customer leads and opportunities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation projects
Identify opportunities for new features or customer training initiatives
Use internal tools to track activity and update our CRM with relevant information for our Account Executives
Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects
Provide early access to new features to selected customers to gather their feedback on our developments and summarize it for the technical teams
Improving communication and documentation material (testimonials, case studies, manuals, etc…)
Your profile
You will work closely with the executive team, who will accompany you the whole process. Your Holy Grail will be to reach 100% customer satisfaction.
